Originally from Washington, DC, Joanna moved to South Florida in the 1990s to be closer to the ocean and all year long sunshine! She has lived in 10+ homes throughout Broward County including Fort Lauderdale, Coconut Creek, Coral Springs, and Pembroke Pines just to name a few. She definitely knows her way around Broward County and even a bit of Palm Beach County too! Currently, Joanna lives in Parkland, along with her husband Jeff and adorable elementary age kids, Landry and London.

Her corporate accounting background has provided her the experience and insight to always take a proactive approach to every situation before a challenge arises. She consistently initiates open lines of communication with all parties to ensure a successful experience.
